Rimbal is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Clark as Succession Director supporting the ValidPath Succession Solution: the Alternative to Consolidation.

Tim will support the development and expansion of the ValidPath Succession Solution, and support IFAs and IFA businesses to achieve their exit, succession and retirement objectives.

Tim joins Rimbal from M&G where, as Recruitment and Acquisition Director, Tim supported the significant expansion of M&G’s wealth advisory business by successfully sourcing, acquiring and integrating individual and national firms.

With over 40 years of experience in the financial services sector, Tim has played a crucial role in fostering the growth of businesses both through acquisition and organically.
