Tim is responsible for operational, compliance, and regulatory matters, and serves as Senior Manager across regulated entities.

Brian Wagner

Chief Technology Officer

Brian is responsible for building and managing the data and technology infrastructure and systems across the group.

Simon Black

Chief Commercial Officer

Simon is responsible for group commercial activities including network development, marketing and business development.

Adrian Kirk

Corporate Director

Adrian is a group director supporting corporate governance across technology and regulated entities, and part of the investment committee.

Rachel Hardcastle

Financial Controller

Rachel is responsible for group financial and accounting matters including regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring.

Nicola Butterworth

Compliance Director

Nicola leads the financial advice and compliance team responsible for compliance, regulatory and advice-related matters.

Jason McLoughlin

Head of Member Services and Integration

Jason leads the network integration and Member support teams supporting new and established network Members and clients.

Richard Phillips

Commercial Development Director

Richard leads the business development team that supports firms and advisers to join a Rimbal network and/or access Rimbal services.

Elise Davies

Marketing Director

Elise leads the marketing team that is responsible for marketing, communication and event initiatives for the group.
