Rachel is responsible for group financial and accounting matters including regulatory reporting and financial monitoring.

Adrian is a director across the group supporting corporate governance and development, and group investment and M&A activities.

Laura is responsible for supporting the M&A, financing and investment activities of the group and its execution across the platform.

Commercial Development Director

Richard leads the business development team driving platform growth, and responsible for the recruitment of firms & advisers.

Elise leads the marketing team responsible for marketing, PR and communications for the group and brand propositions.

July 2018

Completes acquisition of UK regulated IFA Network ValidPath

Shareholders and ESF Capital support acquisition that brings £800 million AUI and 35 firms across the UK.

Acquires FinTech WiSecure to accelerate network technology
