Tim is responsible for operational, compliance, and financial matters, and serves as Senior Manager across regulated entities.

Brad Powar

Chief Technology Officer

Brad leads AI, data, and software initiatives across the group, and is responsible for product and systems development.

Rachel Hardcastle

Financial Controller

Rachel is responsible for group financial and accounting matters including regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring.

Adrian Kirk

Investment Director

Adrian is a group director supporting corporate governance across technology and regulated entities, and part of the investment committee.

Financial Advice Director

Nicola leads the financial advice team supporting compliance, regulatory and advice-related matters.

Tim Clark

Commercial Development Director

Tim is responsible for developing corporate, business and adviser relationships to support mutual commercial development opportunities.

Slava Reshentyakov

Head of Technology Development

Slava is responsible for the management of technology development, project management of engineering resources and systems operation.

John Callaghan

Head of Adviser Systems

John is responsible for administration and configuration of adviser systems and workflows, and scoping and building functionality.

Elise Davies

Marketing Director

Elise is responsible for marketing and communication initiatives for the group, and developing client-facing collateral.
